Migrating feels like being dropped into the jungle: fear comes and goes, but the skills are always there.
I’m from Patagonia and now I live just outside Barcelona, while being local in Madrid. I love traveling and discovering new environments to shoot in.
I trained at the Film University (FUC) in Buenos Aires, in a city where everything moves a lot faster.
Working in fiction in Argentina and on independent projects has equipped me with the tools to create at the pace of a shooting schedule and collaborate closely with the AD and the director.
I learned to visually narrate under demanding conditions, but I know we’re not saving lives: it’s all about having a good time filming, or nothing at all.
And for that, we need to manage, hustle, agree on things, and insist on what we love.
I enjoy working as part of a team, and honestly, I don’t know how to do it any other way.
The nerves before each project, which I believe will never go away, fade as soon as the synergy with each department kicks in,
reminding me that we’re all there doing what we love, trying to make the possible fascinating.
